This bonus will be calculated based on a combination of overall sales and profitability, ensuring that each employee and independent contractor receives a fair share. This bonus distribution is designed to reflect both individual contributions and the company’s overall performance, creating a shared sense of achievement.
In-house Transaction Coordinator
$500 per transaction
Our in-house Transaction Coordinator will expertly manage your transactions, handling all paperwork, deadlines, and compliance to ensure your files are complete and fully compliant.
Errors and Omissions (E&O)
This will provide comprehensive coverage, safeguarding you against liability risks
Desk Space
Our local agents can take advantage of our professional office space in Oakdale, providing a comfortable and professional setting for meetings and work.
Conference Room
